Whose turn is it now?

British author James Barr’s book “The Lords of Desert” has revealed that the military revolution of 1952 in Egypt was instigated and operated by the US intelligence agency CIA. The establishment of the radio station Voice of Arabia, the spokesman of the military revolution, was also possible with the help of the CIA and Lieutenant Colonel Jamal Abdul Nasser, with the connivance of his comrades, overthrew Shah Farooq. James Barr, the author of the book, has tried to prove in his book that the reason for this military revolution in Egypt was the struggle between the United States and Britain to increase their influence in the Middle East. Britain was supporting Egyptian King Shah Farooq, while the CIA saw it as an obstacle to the completion of its proposed program.

One of the main reasons for the success of this revolution was that the Egyptian army was very anxious due to the unexpected defeat by Israel in 1948 and the Egyptian people were also so emotional about their defeat that they called this military revolution. Not only accepted, but considering Nasir as his hero, not only supported his every action to the extent of madness, but also accepted all his illegal actions with open eyes. According to its far-reaching program, the CIA intended to maintain its influence in the region through a “Mercenary” in the side like Israel, in which the United States seems to have succeeded in maintaining its monopoly on all Arab countries. Therefore, he did not delay in overthrowing Shah Farooq by helping Colonel Nasir and his associates.

British author James Barr, with the help of British Foreign Office documents and other historical documents, has highlighted in great detail the competition and cooperation between Britain and the United States on the Middle East in his book, proving that two days before the military action, Colonel Nasser had taken Britain and the United States into regular confidence about the military’s plan to take over. Although all the planning of the revolution was completed by Jamal Abdul Nasser with the help of the CIA, in which it was decided that General Najib was the senior most in terms of rank, very popular in the army due to his good reputation, experience and professional, he was temporarily made the head of the revolution because Abdul Nasser was a junior rank officer in the army. There was also fear. In 1956, Colonel Nasser formally took over as the President of Egypt, removing General Najib shortly after a premeditated conspiracy.

Under its proposed plan, the CIA did another trick to make Jamal Abdul Nasser a hero in the region, and in the same year (1956) when Jamal Abdul Nasser announced the national ownership of the Suez Canal, Britain and France started a war with Egypt to capture the canal with Israel. He was forced to retreat, giving a hint of force. On this retreat, Britain faced great embarrassment on the military, political and diplomatic fronts, and after this incident, its influence in the Middle East decreased and the entire region came under the influence of the American circle. In this whole drama, With the blessings of The United States, Israel played a mere role in supporting Britain and France with great vigor, while in the view of the United States, the main reason for establishing its dominance over the Middle East was israel’s security in this area and access to and monopoly of middle east oil reserves, in which it seemssuccessful to this day.

With American help, Israel was made so powerful militarily compared to all Arabs that in the 1967 war, the joint forces of Egypt, Syria and Jordan were defeated within six days by the Israeli army with the help of USA and occupied Jerusalem, Gaza and the rest of Palestine, the West Bank of Jordan, the Golan Heights and the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt. More than half a century later, Israel continues to occupy these areas (except the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt).

These CIA activities to topple and change governments through the military are not limited to Egypt. In 1953, the government of Dr. Mohammad Mosaddek was overthrown in Iran, and ten years later Saddam Hussein seized power by bringing the Iraqi monarchy into a military revolution through the Ba’ath Party. In 2003, the United States and Britain invaded and occupied Iraq directly to remove Saddam from power. After these events, my eyes stop at the limited war between Pakistan and India, Kargil, whether there was any conspiracy to convert the war won in Kargil into a defeat and bring Musharraf to power and later, due to musharraf’s unconditional support of America in the 9/11 incident. If you look at the history, the series of overthrowing and overthrowing governments in this way, which started in Egypt in 1952, is still continuing in one form or another in Muslim countries, but my Allah SWT has his own program that in spite of the biggest aggression in this century, a great disgrace has been made in Afghanistan, which in its arrogance has crowned the super power on its head, but the most bitter truth is this. That the pollsters who followed the CIA’s plan to come to power, were defeated and removed from power by destroying their countries. Nasser, Saddam, and Musharraf are examples of this and the people of these countries curse these traitors.
