Kashmir…..Need Strong Determination
Mongol Emperor Genghis Khan, a renowned warrior, embarked on an extraordinary journey from humble Mongol origins to become the great Khan of the Mongol Horde. The journey from being a herder in the Mongol steppes to the grandeur of Khan-e-Azam Genghis Khan remained a crucial part of Subutai’s life. Military strategists say that if Subutai hadn’t been the commander of Genghis Khan’s forces, the Mongols might not have achieved such astonishing conquests.
Subutai participated in nearly twenty battles and countless campaigns, but he never faced defeat in any of them. History bears witness that as a commander (salar), he has no parallel in human history in terms of the extent of his conquests. Subutai was exceedingly clever and a masterful tactician. The Islamic history records an an unparalleled warrior in Islamic history, defeated Salar Buga Grandsonof Halaku Khan at the place of Ain Jalut, which was the defeat of the Mongols in 38 years, which led to the downfall of theyoung man.
Subutai achieved magnificent conquests in China and Eastern Europe. He annihilated the armies of Poland and Hungary in just two days. According to the Mongols, Subutai was sent by the gods of war. After the era of Genghis Khan, his son Ogedei Khan ascended to power. He sent Subutai to lead the Mongol prince Batu Khan. Subutai was already old and quite overweight, making it nearly impossible for him to mount a horse. Nevertheless, Batu Khan placed Subutai in a cart and took him along so that he could benefit from Subutai’s strategic genius during the war. After Ogedei Khan, his son Kuyuk Khan became the Great Khan. He did not send Subutai on campaigns and, due to his advanced age, Subutai submitted his retirement request. A young commander, Qo’ja, inquired about Subutai’s military prowess and asked, ‘Respected Commander Subutai! I am inexperienced in decision-making. Tell me, what great feats did my grand ancestor perform?
Subutai tuned his bald head with his squinted eyes towards the Great Khan Kuyuk and spoke with his customary candour, ‘I wasn’t pleased to hear your words. Remember, kings should never hesitate in their decisions. Groping in the uncertainties of the future and potential dangers only beclouds the vision of warriors, not merchants. Your ancestor Genghis Khan’s conquests were founded on a disciplined army and strategic manoeuvres more than his feats. The Great Khan faced numerous enemies, even among his own Mongol commanders, yet he never wavered in the face of conspiracies. His unwavering determination and clear objectives made him greater than the sum of his deeds.’
Amir Timur, a remarkable military strategist, and leader, teaches us that weakness or strength is not a separate entity. The weaknesses of an adversary can turn someone into a powerful figure. Similarly, one’s own weaknesses can transform an enemy into a formidable force. A famous saying attributed to Amir Timur is that ‘Weakness or strength is not a separate entity. The weaknesses of an adversary can turn someone into a powerful figure. Similarly, one’s own weaknesses can transform an enemy into a formidable force.’ This quote echoes the sentiment that Subutai had often repeated, ‘Before a warrior, there is only one path. Bravery, courage, and steadfastness guided by strong determination alone, can traverse it.
Reflecting on this story, we find three valuable lessons:
First, the brave young Mongol warrior’s confession before Subutai, ‘I am weak in decision-making,’ and Subutai’s historic response, ‘In front of warriors, kings are never merchants. The future’s uncertainties and potential dangers should not make soldiers hesitant. Your ancestor Genghis Khan’s conquests were founded more on a disciplined army and strategic maneuvers than his feats. The Great Khan faced numerous enemies, even among his own Mongol commanders, yet he never wavered in the face of conspiracies. His unwavering determination and clear objectives made him greater than the sum of his deeds.’
In the light of this lesson, we must ask ourselves if, in the Kashmir issue, we have not been hesitant like the young Mongol, avoiding uncertainty and potential risks, and instead, adopted the spirit of Subutai, embracing steel determination to take bold actions.
Secondly, in this story, Amir Timur emerges as an extraordinary military strategist and leader. Despite all his cruelties and personal weaknesses, he remains an exceptional figure. Amir Timur’s famous saying, ‘Weakness or strength is not a separate entity. The weaknesses of an adversary can turn someone into a powerful figure. Similarly, one’s own weaknesses can transform an enemy into a formidable force,’ resonates with Subutai’s repeated advice, ‘Before a warrior, there is only one path. Bravery, courage, and steadfastness guided by strong determination alone, can traverse it.’
Lastly, the story teaches us that ‘In front of warriors, kings are never merchants.’ In the context of the Kashmir issue, we should reevaluate our foreign policy. Have we formulated a policy that we have consistently followed and that can compel the international community to resolve the Kashmir conflict, just as Timur’s advocacy and action could turn a seemingly insurmountable danger into an existential threat to the world? I present to you the mirror of history in which we can assess our faces: What we have given to Kashmir so far is still before us.
For 72 years, we have stood with Kashmiris. Millions of Kashmiris have become martyrs, we stand with them. Millions of Kashmiri sisters and daughters have lost their dignity, but we stand with them. Millions of mothers have become widows, we stand with them. Millions of children have become orphans. but we stand with them. Millions of Kashmiris have become disabled, but we stand with them. Now the identity of Kashmir has also been abolished but we stand with them.
After all, when will we tell the truth that Kashmiris have accepted our promises while we lie down? Have we forgotten that for the first time in the history of the United States, Trump offered to mediate on the Burmese Kashmir issue? In his program, he declared that we Kashmiris have become victims of the international conspiracy and Imran Khan, who claimed to be our lawyer, General Bajwa, who is the commander of the army whose motto is Jihad, and in his every speech paying tribute to the sacrifices of the Kashmiris, always honored their right. who used to declare full support in the war, with their consent, Kashmir was traded. O Pakistanis and Kashmiris, see you have been cheated and looted, people, now Kashmir is completely out of our hands. You have been robbed by yourself, now there is no need to bother others. To be never next day, so many of Imran Khan’s colleagues and some ministers used their immoral language on social media and expressed their political training, I have collected all those flowers at my lap and on the Day of Judgment, all this bouquet will be with my Lord. I will present and all these people have to be ready to answer it.
In order to get the Kashmiris out of the life of humiliation, they have to come out of the state of scumbags and take firm decisions and then stand firm on these decisions in the same way as the decision made by Mullah Umar 23 years ago and the result of this decision is in front of us that the descendants of this land have established the graveyards of the three great powers of the world. A history has been made by doing this. Likewise, dozens of martyrs’ cemeteries have come into existence in Kashmir, and from the cemeteries of these martyrs, I remembered the Kashmiri Brave leader Syed Ali Gilani, who had willed to be buried in the cemetery of these martyrs, but the cowardly Hindus establishment was so scared of his dead body that he forcibly took his dead body away from his family and buried it in the Haiderpura cemetery of his own accord and later a lawsuit was filed against his family as to why they wrapped the dead body in the Pakistani flag.
“Whoever asks me for charity in your name
I throw myself at your head”
When Syed Ali Geelani’s condition suddenly deteriorated to such an extent that many such rumours were born that a panic arose among those who loved him all over the world and I could control myself and immediately contacted Tuan’s eldest son Dr. Naeem Sahib, denying the rumours and saying that he I have no doubt that the situation has become very critical and there is a dire need for prayers, but the respected father has completely rejected the offer of medical facility and special plane by the Modi government and has left the whole matter to Allah and due to the bad weather, we have at least Unable to go to Delhi today. Then a few hours before his passing, the video made the world aware of how the words of Pakistan’s National Anthem came to his lips after bearing witness to Allah and Rasool. Great heroes are known in water and only heroes have the courage to set such examples.
When I spoke to him, he said with great sadness:
It has been heard that Pakistan is ready to declare India as the ‘Most Favourite Country,’ and now it’s just a matter of announcing it. Regarding this, while representing the oppressed people of Jammu and Kashmir, we would like to say that we have no enmity with India. We welcome pleasant relations between India and Pakistan. However, it needs to be recognized that the basic and birthright of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, which they have struggled for, is based on justice. From 1947 until now, the people of Jammu and Kashmir have sacrificed their lives, honour, and dignity, entire neighborhoods have been razed, and to this day, the Indian forces continue to subject the people of Jammu and Kashmir to untold injustices.
In such an environment, Pakistan’s declaration of India as a ‘Most Favourite Country’ would be synonymous with rubbing salt into the wounds of the oppressed people of Jammu and Kashmir. The majority of Jammu and Kashmir would feel immense pain and distress because Pakistan, like India, has also made unparalleled sacrifices for the resolution of the Kashmir issue. Due to the obstinacy and opposition of India, significant challenges, hardships, and atrocities continue to be inflicted, and in such circumstances, granting India ‘Most Favourite Country’ status would be against the interests of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the Pakistani people.
Certainly, the Kashmiri and Pakistani people will strongly disapprove of this action as it would undermine their sacrifices and principled stance. Sacrificing the interests of the people for the sake of trade with India, particularly in light of the sacrifices made, would be highly undesirable.
The second lesson to be learned is that “There is only one path before the soldier. It is through bravery, courage and boldness, which can be crossed only with strong determination.” No one will say that war is a good thing. Loss of lives and property to a compensatory extent destroys the economy. Apparently such facts seem weighty and no one can deny it but:
1- For the last two centuries, America has not stopped war even for a day.
2- Israel has been in a state of war since its establishment and this war has made it strong and powerful, while the Arabs who hide their faces from the war have become weaker and more cowardly day by day.
3- In the last century, the longest and most terrible wars have been fought by Japan, Germany and Korea, and today these three countries have gone ahead in development and have the strongest economy in the world.
4- In the first 12 centuries, Muslims were constantly engaged in wars (Jihad, which Allah commanded 484 times in the Qur’an). Muslims are not only living in poverty but are also lagging behind in development. That is why we have become infidels. Remember, nations that do not learn from history, their geography changes and it has happened to us.
Didn’t Modi himself admit when he went to the land of Bangladesh that we had started implementing the policies to eliminate Pakistan at the time of its establishment and in Bangladesh we were the first to introduce Bengali Hindus in schools, colleges, and universities? The teachers were assigned the task of disproving the two-nation theory, who were apparently Pakistani, Bengali, and Hindu, but behind the scenes, they were all working on our payroll. As a result of which we founded the two-nation theory of Bangladesh, submerged in the Bay of Bengal, and as a last resort, we landed our troops on this land and divided Pakistan into two parts. Did any of our governments file a war crimes case in the International Court of Justice against this statement of India’s cruel and insidious Hindu Modi? Was the voice raised against this statement in the United Nations?
After this statement, what steps has our foreign office taken? Is a budget of billions of rupees allocated every year for their luxurious lifestyle? We formed the Kashmir Committee, and this mockery is still ongoing. Since the announcement of this committee, has there been any report on its performance? We established this committee as a means to achieve political interests and appointed individuals who may not even be well-versed in the history of Kashmir. Instead, their external trips were funded with huge expenses, and the offices were embellished with extravagant furnishings and political interests. So far, the name of the Kashmir Committee has been tarnished by extremely unserious individuals.
During Imran’s government, such non-serious individuals, like Shahryar Afridi, sometimes raised the flag of slavery on the shoulders of dignified personalities like Syed Ali Gilani to please their masters, and sometimes they obtained documents of servitude from the embassy of that place for their masters’ happiness, and sometimes, by intervening in the immigration at the American airport, they caused immense harm to the Kashmir cause by marking it with meaningless and purposeless letters, while assuring their masters of their loyalty. The question is when will all such individuals be held accountable? Was the national treasury meant for such rascals who, considering the nation’s taxes as their personal wealth, squandered it away?
Now let’s go to the third and very important lesson. About the mistakes of the king of Babylon, Balash Zar, an unseen hand showed the inscription on the wall in clear words: “You were tried, but you did not come down in the balance and proved to be light.” Do our authoritative circles agree with SobdaiCommander, Rulers never hesitate in their decisions, they don’t fear future fears and potential dangers, and they don’t let soldiers become businessmen. The time of testing also comes in Pakistani politics. Only the one who listens to the voice of the people can be the leader. A leader is victorious who enters the field with strong determination and a clear vision.
