Denial
What is the treasure of life? Rupees, dollars, gold, lands, and properties, positions, fame, applause, wealth, children, loved ones, relatives, friends… Is this the treasure of life? Then what is theory, what are principles, what is truth and honesty, what is home and lineage, what is martyrdom, what is love, what is affection, what is selflessness, what is sacrifice? Tell me, what are they all? What do we call precious treasures? Isn’t the denial of treasures a treasure in itself? Denial in front of tyranny, denial of Pharaohs, denial of compromise, denial of profiteering, denial of unearned wealth, denial of falsehood, denial of compromise, denial of oppression and tyranny, denial of the rule of anyone other than Allah… (The words of Kalma Shahada begin with denial. There is no god but Allah).
Is denial the treasure of life? If denial of treasures, isn’t it, then what is denial? Denial and absolute rejection, complete denial with full consciousness. No interest, not at all… A tangible denial… In front of falsehood, in front of tyranny, in front of Allah’s disobedient, in front of self-worshipers, in front of the world of greed and avarice, in front of deception, in front of disloyalty, in front of those who speak in the language of divinity… Denial and total rejection… Denial with full consciousness and with the entirety of one’s being. Just denial…
Regardless of how strong the argument may be, what status does it hold before Allah! Just denial, but denial is not for pleasing oneself; denial to please oneself is the denial of Satan. Denial for the sake of one’s Lord… this is the essence and nothing else. We will not accept anyone’s, any force’s, any false system’s denial… We will only accept the denial of the Highest Lord, and no one else. This is monotheism, and what is monotheism? Religion begins with denial, that is, with rejection. First is the destination of denial, then comes submission. How can I submit without denying? If I do not deny and still submit, it is hypocrisy, which is not acceptable. Sincerity is required, pure sincerity… even if it’s just a little. Impurity is not required; it is only pure intention that is required. Denial is the spirit of Islam, the spirit of Hussainiyyat (the spirit of Imam Hussain, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad, who stood against injustice) … Denial, say ‘No, we will not.’ It’s very easy to say denial, to write a six-letter word is very easy, but it’s very difficult to do it. It is life-taking, very damaging, very sacrificing, it also requires fighting with oneself. It is not just my denial, it’s not even my own denial. It’s a monumental denial… to stand against falsehood, against tyranny, against the disobedience of Allah, against self-worshipers, against the world of greed and avarice, against deception, against disloyalty, against those who speak in the language of divinity… Denial and absolute rejection… with full consciousness and with the entirety of one’s being. Just denial… How many proofs the denial requires! But when it is accepted, it is only the acceptance of the Supreme Lord’s, not anyone else’s. This is the essence, and what is it? Denial and monotheism… denial… come, we will not accept. Your deceptions are a blessing for you, our truth is a blessing for us. Writing denial is very easy, writing a six-letter word is very easy, but doing it is very difficult. It takes life, it requires sacrificing the entire lineage, it requires offering everything. It requires bathing in fire and blood. It requires becoming filthy. It requires sacrificing one’s desires. It requires slaughtering one’s own wishes. It requires passing through a sharp sword. Dead bodies must be lifted. When there is denial with consciousness, the certainty increases. Stubbornness comes. Sacrifices must be made. When denial is done with consciousness, the confidence in the Lord grows.
It is called dedication. To raise dead bodies while laughing and playing and then loudly proclaiming the majesty of the Lord. This is religion, and that’s all it is! It is called fulfilling one’s promise, making one’s claim a reality. But this is very difficult, it depends on divine grace. Offering the sacrifice of life, presenting the pledge to the Lord and saying, ‘Please accept our sacrifice’… and then reaching the destination of certainty: Say (O Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him): “Verily, my Salat (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists) Quran 6:162
It’s saying denial for Allah, only Allah. Falsehood has always been arrogant, the prey of deception.
Of course, the Lord is aware of the greatness of Denial, Allah gives them the ability to speak the truth in front of the pharaonic powers, and the courage to be proud in front of the pharaonic arrogance, and Nimrod powers. Let it be carried out by the authority, the revolution appears with the same intensity, such a revolution is intoxicated by the love and self-control of Tawheed (Believe in One Allah)and the love of the Messenger, and then our problem is not the results but to carry out our work in the cause of good and shame. Denial of falsehood……..denial of tyranny. Blood brings colour, revolution comes. When will the battle between right and wrong stop? This battle between good and evil will not stop. Only those who will be victorious will remain connected with their Lord. With full faith and dedication, denial is the spirit of religion, denial is the spirit of goodness. This is the lesson of Ashura, (The day of martyrdom of Hussain, the grandson of the Prophet) nothing else, denial of falsehood. Rejection of all forms of tyranny. No reconciliation at all. Sacrifice is sacrifice; dedication is dedication. No one will remain.
By Allah, no one will remain. Only the name of Allah will remain.
